Board Chairman of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID), H.E. Dr. Obeid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi, led a delegation to visit Salal Company’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, where he met with H.E. Eng. Jamal Salem Al Dhaheri, Chairman of the Board of Silal Company, along with Mr. Salmeen Obaid Alameri, the CEO of the company. Additionally, the meeting discussed an overview of AAAID, highlighted its investment activities and solid commitment to enhance food security in Arab countries.
The visit also featured an introduction on Salal Company, showcasing its impactful projects dedicated to supporting and strengthening food security in the UAE. Beyond introductions, the discussions explored areas of cooperation and the enticing investment opportunities in sectors of mutual interest within the UAE, in addition to cooperation in the financing and development of small-scale farmers, and the localization implementation of advanced agricultural technology.
