HE Mohamed Bin Obaid Al Mazrooi – President of AAAID has met His Highness Dr. Ibrahim Adam Al Dukhairy – Minister of Agriculture and Forest in the Republic of Sudan, with the presence of AAAID’s heads of department on Sunday Oct 4th 2015 at his office at the ministry.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister welcomed the visit of Mr. Al Mazrooi and the accompanied delegation, thanking him for the continuous communications with officials in the Ministry and the government of Sudan, highlighting the importance of AAAID in enhancing Arab food security.
For his part, HE Mr. Al Mazrooi reviewed the difficulties and obstacles that AAAID’s affiliates are facing and the ways to overcome these difficulties, where he pointed out to the coming challenges that need intensive efforts.
He also reviewed AAAID proposals to develop its projects in Sudan (Headquarter State) and the efforts to achieve Arab food security.
At the end of the meeting, H.E the Minister affirmed his support to AAAID and promised to continue the joint meetings between his ministry and AAAID.
