An presentation was recently delivered by His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Obaid Al Mazrooei, President and Chairman of AAAID, about the Arab Authority’s achievements in 2021, during the forty-sixth annual meeting of the board of shareholders of AAAID in Jedda, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on 7 April, 2022.
Through the presentation, H.E. Mr. Al Masrooei pointed out that AAAID has achieved net profits of about 26.1 million US dollars during 2021, while the shareholders’ equity increased to about 1.01 billion US dollars.
AAAID’s investment program was also reviewed, which was prepared as per directives of AAAID’s strategic plan for agricultural investments for 2021-2025, through investing in new and existing projects, increasing the capital of multiple companies, and rehabilitation and expansion programs for some exiting companies, in addition to financing revolving loan programs for small and medium farmers in a number of Arab countries.
