We are pleased to announce the success of the introductory workshop on the “AAAID New Organizational Chart” This workshop was a significant moment for all AAAID staff to learn about the details of the new organizational chart.
During the workshop, participants received detailed insights into the roles, responsibilities, and functions of each office, sector, and department within AAAID. This comprehensive understanding empowers our team members to navigate the organization more effectively, fostering collaboration and synergy across all levels.

Additionally, the workshop aimed to enhance collaboration and harmony across all levels.
That’s not all! In line with our commitment to excellence and to enhancing performance and productivity, AAAID has contracted a consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive analysis of job descriptions for all positions and to compare our salary and benefits structure with similar authorities and organizations. This strategic move ensures that we continue to attract top talent and retain the best employees, laying the groundwork for more dynamic and competitive teams.
