The Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development recognizes the importance of integrating the roles of the economic development partners in the plans and programs in order to achieve the common objectives. The Arab Authority has been in the process of extending bridges of communication and coordination with various partners from governmental and private institutions, diplomatic missions and international and regional organizations and bodies, both in the host country of the Republic of Sudan and other Member States.
On this basis, the Arab Authority organized the second edition of the its Strategic Partners Award Ceremony, supporting its march from the Ministers in the Republic of Sudan, the Ambassadors of the Arab countries, heads of Arab and international organizations and Directors of a number of companies, banks, news agencies and media organizations on 25 September 2018 in Khartoum, Sudan. The aim was to express gratitude for their role in supporting the vision of the Arab Authority and its strategic direction in promoting Arab food security and advancing sustainable development.
H.E Mr. Mohammed bin Obaid Al Mazrooei, President of AAAID, initiated the ceremony with a speech in which he expressed his thanks and appreciation to the attendees for accepting the invitation and their participation in the ceremony, with the intention to strengthen the cooperation ties with all government bodies and private agencies and to celebrate the strategic partners. The event came in recognition of their efforts in aiding the Arab Authority’s march and recognizing them for their outstanding role in supporting and facilitating the Arab Authority. This enabled AAAID to reach a number of achievements as a result of the partnerships and strategic support for its activities. It is worth mentioning that a number of ministers of the federal and state governments, embassies of member countries of the Arab Authority, Arab and international organizations, businesspersons and the private sector were honored during the event.
