The Board of Directors of AAAID held its first Meeting in the year 2014 in the regional office in Dubai during the period 26-27 February 2014.
The meeting headed by HE Chairman Mohamed Bin Obaid Al Mazrowei.
The agenda of the meeting contained several important topics including the situations in the subsidiaries/ affiliates companies and subscription to increase the capital of some of these companies.
The board approved the investment operations program for the year 2014-2015 according to the guidance of the new strategic plan that aims to make AAAID the leader in the field of food security in the Arab World.
The board recommended to refer the program to the board of shareholders in their coming meeting for the final approval.
